1-Equipment condition

All the items are in used and refurbished condition, and they are in a working situation.

If there is a brand-new item, it will be declared in the description.

The equipment is including Cables and accessories which declared in the description.

Prices are not included installation and maintenance fee, but these services are available upon request and as per terms and conditions, if applicable.

 

2-Shipping and delivery

2-1

Shipments with a max size of 20x20x20 inches are free of charges for Canada and US destinations.

For the rest of the shipments, a quote will be provided through the carrier company which will take place after the purchase.

Shipping will proceed within 10 working days after an order confirmation notice.

If the buyer finds any damage to the shipment, it needs to be notified to Med Equip within

 2 days after delivery, (as per carrier tracker record), and after that Med Equip INC. will not accept any responsibility.

 

3- Return Policy

3-1

Buyer should provide the reason for returning within 10 working days after receiving the shipment and not later than that.

3-2

The invoice amount will be refunded to the buyer account within 7 working days, shipping cost is on the buyer’s account.
