The Olympus GIF-HQ190 EVIS EXERA III Video Gastroscope is designed for high-definition diagnostic and therapeutic procedures within the upper gastrointestinal tract.
It features Olympus Dual Focus technology, allowing the operator to switch between normal and near-focus observation modes. Normal focus provides a depth of field from 5 to 100 mm, while near focus offers detailed visualization from 2 to 6 mm.
The scope also supports Olympus Narrow Band Imaging technology, which helps enhance the visibility of mucosal structures and vascular patterns during examination.
With a 140° forward-viewing field of view, the GIF-HQ190 provides broad visualization of the esophagus, stomach, and duodenum. Its 9.9 mm insertion tube and 9.9 mm distal-end diameter support controlled navigation through the upper gastrointestinal tract.
A 2.8 mm instrument channel accommodates compatible endotherapy accessories for procedures such as biopsy, injection, hemostasis, and foreign-body retrieval.
The GIF-HQ190 also includes a forward water-jet channel to help clear the field of view during examination. Its waterproof one-touch connector is fully submersible and eliminates the need for a separate water-resistant cap during reprocessing.
The scope has a working length of 1,030 mm and a total length of 1,350 mm. It is designed for use with the Olympus CV-190 Video System Center and CLV-190 Xenon Light Source.
