Olympus PCF-Q180AL EVIS EXERA II Video Colonoscope

The Olympus PCF-Q180AL EVIS EXERA II Video Colonoscope is a slim colonovideoscope designed for diagnostic and compatible therapeutic procedures within the lower gastrointestinal tract.

The PCF-Q180AL provides high-resolution endoscopic imaging with a forward-viewing optical system, a 140° field of view, and a depth of field ranging from 3 to 100 mm. When used with compatible Olympus EVIS EXERA II equipment, the scope supports Narrow Band Imaging technology, which enhances visualization of mucosal structures and vascular patterns.

This model features Olympus innoflex Variable Stiffness technology, allowing the operator to adjust insertion-tube flexibility according to procedural needs and colon anatomy. This helps support smoother insertion, improved handling, and better scope control during colonoscopy.

The PCF-Q180AL also includes an auxiliary forward water-jet function. When connected to a compatible flushing system, this helps clear mucus, blood, and debris from the viewing area to maintain visibility during observation and treatment.

With an 11.3 mm distal-end diameter, an 11.5 mm insertion-tube diameter, and a 3.2 mm instrument channel, the PCF-Q180AL offers a slim profile while supporting compatible endoscopic accessories for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.

Four-way tip angulation provides 180° movement upward and downward and 160° movement to both the right and left, supporting controlled navigation through the lower gastrointestinal tract.

The PCF-Q180AL is the long-length configuration, with a working length of 1,680 mm. It is designed for use with compatible Olympus EVIS EXERA II video processors, light sources, and endoscopy systems.
