Olympus GIF-Q180 EVIS EXERA II Video Gastroscope
The Olympus GIF-Q180 EVIS EXERA II Video Gastroscope combines high-quality imaging with a slim insertion design for diagnostic and compatible therapeutic procedures within the upper gastrointestinal tract.
The scope has an 8.8 mm distal-end diameter and maintains the same slim 8.8 mm diameter throughout its insertion tube. This design supports controlled insertion and navigation during examination of the esophagus, stomach, and duodenum.
Its forward-viewing optical system provides a wide 140° field of view and a depth of field ranging from 3 to 100 mm. The scope is designed to produce clear images with natural colour reproduction in a large display format.
A 2.8 mm instrument channel accommodates a range of compatible endotherapy accessories while supporting suction and therapeutic applications. Four-way tip angulation provides movement of 210° upward, 90° downward, and 100° to both the right and left.
The GIF-Q180 also incorporates an integrated Scope ID function. A built-in memory chip stores information such as the scope model, serial number, basic specifications, and white-balance settings. This information can be displayed on a compatible system monitor to support equipment identification and endoscopy-suite management.
Narrow Band Imaging is available when the GIF-Q180 is connected to a compatible Olympus CV-180 Video System Center and CLV-180 Xenon Light Source.
The scope has a working length of 1,030 mm and a total length of 1,345 mm. It is compatible with Olympus CV-180, CV-160, and CV-140 video-system platforms.
