Olympus PCF-H190I EVIS EXERA III Colonovideoscope
The Olympus PCF-H190I EVIS EXERA III Colonovideoscope combines high-definition imaging with a slim insertion design for diagnostic and therapeutic colonoscopy procedures.
Its wide 170° field of view provides broad visualization of the lower gastrointestinal tract, while compatibility with Olympus Narrow Band Imaging technology supports detailed observation of mucosal structures and vascular patterns. The scope offers a depth of field ranging from 2 to 100 mm.
The PCF-H190I incorporates Olympus Responsive Insertion Technology, which combines High Force Transmission, Passive Bending, and adjustable variable stiffness. These technologies are designed to improve scope handling, torque control, insertability, and navigation through bends in the colon.
Its slim 11.5 mm insertion tube, 11.7 mm distal-end diameter, and four-way angulation support controlled navigation through the lower gastrointestinal tract. A 3.2 mm instrument channel accommodates compatible endotherapy accessories for procedures such as biopsy, polypectomy, injection, hemostasis, and foreign-body retrieval.
The scope also features an auxiliary water channel and a waterproof one-touch connector. The fully submersible connector eliminates the need for a separate water-resistant cap during reprocessing.
The PCF-H190I is the intermediate-length configuration, with a working length of 1,330 mm and a total length of 1,655 mm. It is designed for use with the Olympus CV-190 Video System Center and CLV-190 Xenon Light Source.
